* In order to be eligible to attend this session you must have completed and passed the theoretical test module on the IUGA website and attend the OASIS hands-on repair workshop at an IUGA annual meeting or one conducted by a PROTECT trained trainer within 2 years of taking the theoretical test.
All registration and ticket cancellation requests must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org by April 15, 2017. Cancellations made on or before April 15, 2017, will be eligible for a refund, less a USD 100 processing fee. IUGA will not refund cancellations received on or after April 16, 2017. On-site cancellation of any ticketed events cannot be honored. There are no exceptions to this policy.
